Review: Bā - Boldly Asian Evening Brunch at Hotel Fairmont The Palm Dubai

Bā - Boldly Asian is a stunningly decorated restaurant with a beautifully lit bar reminiscent of the neon-bright streets of Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and China.

Their evening brunch serves up pan-Asian inspired food and the selection was excellent.

Whilst tucking into these delicious dishes and sipping on their fabulous drinks, their DJ plays a wide selection of classic dance tunes which really create a superb atmosphere and party feel.

We thoroughly enjoyed the tuna tataki with ginger, garlic and soy, as well as the chef's selection of sushi, sashimi, and signature roll platter which was a great way to start this food journey.

The main courses of delectable meat wontons, pan-fried black pepper beef buns, and ribs were superb. They were deliciously tender and flavoursome.

Our favourite was the seabass with ponzu, mushroom, and green onion which was a taste sensation.

We finished this incredible array of wonderful food with a fresh exotic fruit platter; a perfect palate cleanser to compliment all the East Asian flavours.

This evening brunch offers a night of fine dining, a fabulous atmosphere, and great service. We will definitely be going back again as it's a great way to kick off the weekend.
