How do you make a Sunday family brunch even better? Add a side of live entertainment of course.
If you're looking to close the weekend with family, head to the vibrant The World Eatery at Sofitel Dubai The Palm for their Family Fiesta Brunch: a great time out complete with free-flowing drinks, music, children's activities, and a freshly prepared buffet with influences from Latin America, Europe, and Asia.
We had the opportunity to try out this colourful brunch in Dubai, and here are our thoughts!
The Food
The Family Fiesta Brunch menu combines some popular favourites from around the world, with highlights including Boston or Italian-style pizzas, quesadillas, salmon platters, prime U.S beef, Thai cuisine, and more.
The kids tucked into a selection of children's classics and were very happy with the gourmet pizzas, hot dogs, and the wide array of yummy desserts.
Myself and my colleague opted for the freshly prepared sushi that was on offer. Following this, we enjoyed an authentic Sunday roast offered at the carving station. Washed it all down with their free-flowing beverages and tried out the desserts for a delightful ending to brunch.
Entertainment
The World Eatery not only serves a wonderful brunch, it also serves some fun family-friendly entertainment. From music to live magic shows and face painting, families are kept entertained while you tuck into classic brunch favourites or a traditional roast.
The team behind the Family Fiesta Brunch has really thought about how to please both parents and children with a supervised playroom where the kids can have fun and are let loose while you pursue the varied buffet menu. With such a rich variety of different cuisines, this restaurant really lives up to its name!
The Details
The Family Fiesta Brunch costs AED 325, inclusive of non-alcoholic beverages. Opt for the AED 425 package for free-flowing wines, beers, and spirits. Children aged six to 12 years old can dine for AED 105.
Overall, we very much recommend this family-friendly Dubai brunch to all families that are looking at a perfect end to the weekend, offering a huge choice of worldly cuisines and great entertainment for the kids.
