This Dubai hotspot offers island getaway vibes without stepping foot out of the emirate!

Dubai has an abundance of excellent choices for a Ladies Night, and even as long-term expats we still can't get enough. Fantastic music, mouth-watering menus, crisp and tasty drinks, gorgeous interiors, and stunning views make it so we can sample a myriad of cuisines every week and never run out of options.

Ginger Moon, a vibrant boho-inspired hotspot located in W Dubai - Mina Seyahi, recently started serving up a Ladies' Night that keeps you coming back for another round.

The Girls Night Out ladies' night takes place every Wednesday from 7 PM to 10 PM, with free-flowing drinks and 50% off on the food menu.

We had the chance to find out why Ginger Moon is a fabulous option for a mid-week catch-up with the girls, dining on fusion cuisine, sipping on handcrafted beverages, and dancing to great tunes - all while soaking in the boho-inspired ambiance.

The Restaurant

Ginger Moon is set in a breathtaking venue overlooking an infinity pool as well as the backdrop of Dubai Marina. Facing the Arabian Gulf, the restaurant serves exotic vacation vibes, fresh seafood, perfectly grilled meats, and delightful vegetarian options.

There was never a dull beat at the restaurant. The DJ provided fantastically chill house grooves that really made the evening even more enjoyable.

The Food

The staff was incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable, ready on hand to help at our table or when recommending dishes from the menu, which offered an international fusion of dishes from seafood and open flame grills to slow cooked dishes and "garden gems".

We opted for the burrata with peaches, seared tuna, and avocado to start which was absolutely delicious. For our mains, I opted for Ginger Moon's sumptuous Thai green mussels which were superb; my colleague had the calamari which was succulent and well-flavoured. We paired our orders with handcrafted drinks that were so refreshing you can't help but sip til the very last drop.

Overall, the food and beverage offerings were perfect.

The Details

Ginger Moon is open daily from 11 AM until 2 AM, and features an infinity pool deck, chill vibes, exotic cuisine, and live DJs. We found this to be one of the best new Ladies' Nights in Dubai I have been to in a while. Enjoy!
