Plus not certain the mother to be is going to appreciate a baby shower present that requires her to fly to Dubai!

Hi All,

I've just set up a hand and foot impressions company here Dubai which is very popular in England and Australia. We can arrange vouchers for the mother to be which would make a lovely Baby Shower gift. Please check out our website www.little-impressions.com.

Please feel free to contact me for more information. We should be opening a Kiosk at Festival Centre in the next couple of weeks so you could also visit us there.

Thanks

I've done a couple of High Teas, and I would recommend the Ritz-Carlton - Very nice.

You could have a look at the recent "Mother's Day in Doha" article in Time Out Doha (online) as I've just checked and it mentions quite a few suitable venues for a special high tea.

I've picked up baby shower decorations at the party shop opposite Mothercare in Landmark.

I believe the Ritz does a nice afternoon tea, but it might be worthwhile checking with some of the dry hotels like the Wyndham Grand near Sports R/A or the new Movenpick

The Rawnaq near Al Ahli hospital has some cute baby items (boxes, ribbons etc) which you may be able to use for the shower. Hope that helps.

I'm trying to organise a friends baby shower and was thinking about doing a high tea. Does anyone know of a hotel in Doha that does a high tea, and would be suitable for around 25-30 ladies? Also, where in Doha would I find 'baby shower' decorations??
