We had looked at Al Jazeera 4 a couple of weeks back and one of the main reasons we did not take it is because of the location. We were concerned about what changes may occur in that area with the stadium being so close...sorry this is not a direct answer to your question ladies but you have someone else on the forum who did consider taking a villa there.
Anyone? I am considering moving to this compound but wondering what is wrong with it, as it looks quite nice at first glance yet soooo many villas empty and rent among the lowest in Doha. Anyone living / lived there? What is the snag?
