Had ENOUGH of Ah Ahli OB/GYN - where to next?

I have had enough of the cattle call / patient factory atmosphere of Ah Ahli's ob/gyn department. They never keep their appointment times (and I've tried all times of day it seems) and the doctor has no recollection of who I am or why I am there (because he's overscheduled?). I also don't like that whoever bullies there way past the reception is the one who gets seen.

Where to next? Looking to get pregnant with #2 so this would be an ob needed.

I saw Dr Rani at Doha clinic for the last 3 weeks of pregnancy and he delivered my son by CS . I was really impressed. He never had me waiting . I think he's Egyptian. Perhaps he's not busy as most of the patients were waiting to see female OB's. The clinic operates a ticket system but he gave me his schedule and personal mobile .

Dr. Sonia is my doctor and she's great. You usually don't have to wait too long to see her - but mornings are better than evenings. I also had a good experience with Dr. Rafah at Al Emadi, who I saw when Dr. Sonia was on vacation.

I'd also recommend Dr Sonia. There are are no appointments - it's first come first serve which I found quite refreshing.

I saw 2-3 different doctors when I was pregnant two years ago and finally settled with Dr Khudsia Begum. I saw her only 3- 4 times as I went back home to deliver but whenever I did see her, I felt I was in good hands. She does seem to be awfully busy though as I always found the clinic full but met other ladies who had delivered with her before and were happy. Good Luck!

I quite like Dr. Sonia at Al Emadi, no appointments, just rock up at 8am and you will be first in the queue to see her when she starts surgery at 9am.
