My husband has just been told that he would have to show 6 months bank statements before he can apply for my visa. Can anyone tell me if this is true please? Also we want to bring our maid with us from Dubai - I see under the FAQS that we would have to be there for 6 months before we can do this! Will we be able to bring her on a tourist visa? She doesn't want to be separated from us for months on end and Gosh this is all looking so bleak at the moment :-(
