They prefer it if you give them an e-mail to say if you're coming. I did it for a few months, and it is a great workout in winter. They do yell quite a bit, and I just tuned that all out and try to follow the instructions as best as I could.

Can't speak of the MIA class, but the Education City one is fantastic. Very tough but effective workout - I'd highly recommend this company.

I have been planning to attend but still have not got around to it. Heard good things about it from those who are attending. If I am not mistaken, I think you can go for a 'trial session' and then decide if u want to continue.
