We are thinking of driving from Doha to Muscat with a night's stopover in Abu Dhabi or Dubai to rest. Have done the road trip to Dubai two years back so we are ok with the first part of the journey. Just wanted to hear back on how the road journey is heading into Muscat? Someone told DH that the road leading to Muscat has very heavy traffic and may not be advisable with kids etc. Look forward to getting feedback/suggestions. Thanks!!
