With the impending heat...just wondering Just have a few costs ahead of us and we r having a maid move in tomo...shd we get one of those portable aircons...if so any brands and or sizes recommended? Or cough up for a proper new window air con...plus instal? Anyone have ideas about cost? Someone said second hand they cost 400 just for the unit but a warranty of only five days and no idea about install So am thinking since its a maids room with no open hallways wouldn't a portable one be enough..she is on her own sponsorship so if things work out...we can eventually sell the one and get a proper one installed Advice needed urgently pls Thanks!
