Hi, I don't have any idea on what is the best restaurant in DG but you can try Circle Cafe on your nearest location: http://www.circle-cafe.com/?p=home/locations. They have a reasonably priced their breakfast but it is not a buffet. They also have lunch and dinner or deliveries.
