Hi Ladies, I was walking my dog yesterday and came across a maltese in the park near Springs 10. Large (very well fed) maltese dog and seems to have been well taken care of. No owners anywhere around - advised security, put on Springs forum. Going to vet now. Please let me know if you are missing this dog.
