Morning ladies,

We are considering moving to a bigger unit either apartment or townhouse with 2 bedrooms, and we are thinking of Al Ghadeer or Waterfront Jebel Ali.

As we are going to rent, Al Ghadeer belongs to Abu Dhabi and we should be dealing directly with the land lord and there in AD no boundaries by RERA, yet it is still under development and missing almost all initial facilities, but it is still a good promising place to continue living in!

on the other hand, Waterfront Jebel Ali is a part of Dubai and governed by the RERA index, but also still having the same isolation concept, we almost were the only care moving around the area.

Please i need feedback on either the two places, regarding the increase in annual rent in case anyone is used to live there for more than one year, how was the renewal went with you?

Also, we are planing that our little girl go to Choueifat school in DIP, is there a shared bus/car can be found goes into there areas or you only depend on your own cars?

thanks a lot in advance!
