Hello all.
I have daman medical insurance for my daughter as provided by husbands company but unfortunately this does not cover her immunisations. Is it possible for me to buy some medical insurance myself for her? Also can anyone recommend a company that will cover her immunisations please?
Thanks

Just to add - No, you can't take out a medical insurance policy just for your child.

Just get her a government health card (200dhs I think) and all her mandatory vaccinations will be free. You will have to pay for the vaccines for Rota Virus and Chicken Pox but a small amount like 100dhs, nothing ridiculous like what clinics charge. Main ones like HipB Pneumococcal MMR etc will be free. We live on Sheikh Zayed Road and take DD to Al Badaa Clinic near Canadian University. Very nice and clean clinic, nurses are well trained. edited by sourskittleashnut on 26/10/2014

No need - it is free at government clinics. Look at the DHA website for the one closest to you.
