I think in the basement carpark are of Mercato there is an alteration place. It is not at the main area but on the left as you go into the car park a little bit near the back. Bottom of the escalator from Spinneys and they defo do tailoring but not sure how quick. Also lots of tailors in Satwa.

A bit further afield but the tailor in Ibn Battuta will usually do a small alteration while you wait. It's down the service corridor off New Look. ETA he does not open in the mornings, try after 1.30 to be on the safe side. <em>edited by Di@DXB on 26/11/2014</em>
