I had curtains made at Manchester Curtains a few years ago, they are on King Abdel Aziz Street, just before The big white Emirates Banking Institute Building, they did a good job and were very professional and helpful. Cheaper than Dubai prices at that time, I was very pleased with the quality of the fabrics and work. Not sure if they also do upholstery, you could ask 06 573 3449 <em>edited by Di@DXB on 22/12/2014</em>
