To stay in ASAS Towers or Kempinski - any advice?

OK, so we've narrowed our search to ASAS Towers or Kempinski (our priorities are to be in West Bay, have a f/f apt with access to a gym & decent sized pool on-site.)
I'm leaning towards Kempinski but DH prefers ASAS (I suspect only because it is cheaper) ;)
They each have their pros and cons (e.g. K having no outside space but have a separate kids pool - ASAS having balconies and outdoor pool but no kids pool). We don't have kids but my reference to pools is, if there's a separate one for the kids, it's easier to swim laps without dodging around them!
Does anyone have personal experience of living in either of these and can share their thoughts or have visited and noticed good/bad things?
