What is your favorite brand of yoghurt to give to your kids?
I am worried about the sugar in yoghurts, I noticed Carrefour Kids line of yoghurt has 12g sugar out of 100g and Yoplait even more, I am no expert at all but isn't that a lot?

would it be better to give Al Ain full fat yoghurt?

thanks for your suggestions.

Hi, Natural fruit added to plain yoghurt are generally always better than flavored yoghurt, though you have to check the lactose tolerance of your kid Fruits like Mango, strawberry ,blueberry can be pureed and added to full fat yoghurts (al ain , al marai etc) kids usually like it

Rachel's at spinneys it is a bit pricey but it is organic & unsweetened. With my son I used to purée fruits & add them to natural plain yoghurt.
