JVC will be better, especially evening time, from Media City the traffic can be quite bad towards the Ranches, which is what you will pass for Mudon. For Ajman it doesn't really matter, will be similar.

We are looking into moving into a minimum 4 bed independent and/corner plot place into either JVC or Mudon. We plan to live there for minimum of 5 years. Anyone living there can share their experience? How is the community? Quality of house, facilities, etc. Do you think jvc is a better value for money compared to mudon or vice versa? How easy is to get in and out of these places during the rush hours?
