The Museum of Islamic Art is proud to present world-renowned Singer/ Songwriter Yusuf Islam, live in concert for the first time in the Middle East on Thursday, February 16th at the MIA Park starting 8:00 pm.
Tickets for the concert will be available at the Museum of the Islamic Art for 210 QR and 750 QR for VIP tickets which include: reception as well as on-site parking. This will be the first concert to take place at the MIA Park.

Childrens Active Playgroups
There are many active playgroups for children throughout Qatar
Doha Mums love playgroups and have a terrific variety from which to choose! This is what they say about their groups......
Most of our playgroups are unstructured, allowing the children to engage in free play and their mums to socialize. Other playgroups may have a specific purpose (i.e. an art project or outdoor play), requiring parental participation.
Our playgroups are typically held at members’ homes, compound clubhouses or in public parks. The hosting member decides whether the playgroup will be open to all ages or a specific age range (e.g. infants). Small fees may (or may not) be requested to help with the cost of snacks and supplies. Some are scheduled on a regular basis (e.g. weekly) - while others are scheduled on a one-off basis. Be sure to check their website www.dohamums.com for a listing of the one-off playgroups and other fun activities.

Please join us for the New Arrivals Coffee, held every Tuesday from 9:30am - 11:30am. You’ll find us in the Starbucks in Landmark Mall - located next to the food court - we’ll be in the back where the sofas and comfy chairs are located.
Though not set up as a playgroup, you are welcome to bring your baby or child(ren) - we promise you won’t be the only one with little ones. . .in fact, there will be heaps of others!
