Coconut oil is safe for cooking because it has a high smoke point of 350 degrees and 400 degrees. Though refined coconut oil is the most commonly found coconut oil in the store, it is recommended that you also try virgin coconut oil 1.

If you like the taste of coconut, why not take a couple of spoonful’s a day?
The regular intake of coconut oil regularly will help you with weight loss and will kick start your metabolism.

Do you need your daily tea, coffee or even a smoothie?
