Join a doctor in exploring the medicinal effects of eating well at this inspiring food session.

They're the professionals in health and wellness, so it's no surprise we might wonder what ingredients you can find in a doctor’s kitchen. For NHS GP, health writer and foodie Doctor Rupy Aujla, he reveals all in the 'The Doctor's Kitchen', a recipe-rich website born from his belief in the beauty of food and the medicinal effects of eating well.

A self-described "straight-talking NHS doctor" lending his "unbiased opinion on healthy eating", Dr. Rupy strives to inspire and educate everybody to create healthy and delicious recipes using carefully selected ingredients, explaining the clinical research behind them and sharing across his media platforms.

"Rather than scaring people into a restrictive way of eating, my philosophy is to use flavour and celebrate our cultural diversity to make healthy lifestyles enjoyable and deliciously accessible to everyone," he said.
