Banana and Carrot Cake
Ingredients
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease and flour a round cake tin

Cream the eggs and sugars

Add the mashed bananas and carrots, then the oil, the sour cream, vanilla and orange zest and mix until smooth

Combine the flour, baking soda and salt and incorporate into the wet ingredients

Finish by mixing in the walnuts and coconut
-
Pour into the cake tin and bake for 45 min or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool the cake completely before serving.
