Flour Free Coconut & Choc Chip Cookies

Ingredients
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Whizz the oats in a food processor to make into flour consistency.

Combine the oat flour and baking powder.

Stir the butter and sugar replacement together.

Beat the egg and vanilla extract together.
-
Combine all ingrdients and mix until you get a thick consistency.

Add the choc chips and coconut powder to the mixture.
-
Make into small balls and flatten.
-
Arrange on a baking tray evenly.
-
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the tops of the cookies start to brown.
-
Leave to cool on a rack and then eat and enjoy!
