Girgir leaves- 1 bundle
Cucumber- 3 pcs, medium sized
Tomatoes- 5 pcs, medium sized
Olive oil- 1 teaspoon
Apple vinegar- 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice- 4 tablespoons
Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Chop cucumber and tomatoes into small cubes. Set aside.
  • Slice the Girgir leaves to thin parts.
  • Combine the cucumber, tomatoes, and girgir leaves. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix olive oil, apple vinegar, and lemon juice.
