Healthy Girgir Salad
Chop cucumber and tomatoes into small cubes. Set aside.
Slice the Girgir leaves to thin parts.
Combine the cucumber, tomatoes, and girgir leaves. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix olive oil, apple vinegar, and lemon juice.
