Sashimi Tacos

Ingredients

16 Taco shell
250g red tuna meat
250g salmon
250g king crab meat
250g scallops
150g red tomato salsa
For the Red Tomato Salsa:4 pieces of red tomato without skin (chop in cubes)
2 pieces of grilled jalapeno (chop)
25g of chopped coriander leaves
10g of chopped garlic
1 chopped white onion
Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Fry tacos in oil (200°C)
  • Tuna, salmon, king crab and scallops chop in small cubes
  • Mix all the ingredients together with tomato salsa, salt, pepper and fill the tacos
