This Easter in Dubai we’re looking forward to indulging in as many chocolate Easter eggs as possible, although even we might struggle with this giant egg! As Dubai’s largest Easter egg, the chocolate masterpiece weighs 200 kilograms and contains over 436,000 calories, so it might be a little sickly!

Created by the Fairmont Dubai, the egg is located in the hotel’s lobby until 8th April, with Easter in 2018 falling on 1st April. In celebration of Easter, the enormous egg took 4 weeks to be hand crafted by pastry chef Romain Castet and is made from mostly dark chocolate –yummy!

As we’re sure your Easter plans in Dubai include an Easter brunch, a huge Easter egg hunt and now a selfie with this giant egg –it’s the perfect foodie Instagram opportunity if ever we saw one!
