With Ramadan 2024 in the UAE being less than a week away, residents are recommended to take this opportunity to stock up on dates for the Holy Month before prices rise again due to demand.

Dates are one of the most popular food items eaten during Ramadan, as it serves a significant role of the Muslim fasting ritual. Typically, Muslims will break their fast with dates and water, just like Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) did in the Quran.
