As another reminder on why Dubai is hailed as the 'City of Gold', a new luxurious gold drink will be available for a limited time during Ramadan 2024 at the iconic five-star hotel, the Burj Al Arab.

The brand-new golden coffee will feature edible 24-karat gold and creamy camel milk, served at the UMA Lounge.

The Burj Al Arab is famous for its gold-plated interiors and grand gold-plated elevators, so it comes are no surprise that even their beverages will receive the Midas Touch.

The Price of Dates in the UAE Has Recently Dropped By 40%

Time to stock up for the Holy Month!

Dates, a staple during fasting for the Holy Month of Ramadan, are now available at nearly 40% price reduction.

Majdool dates sold from Jordan, Palestine, and Saudi Arabia are currently priced at just AED 20 per kg, previously AED 30. Rutab dates are also seeing a drop in price with AED 45 per 3kg, compared to AED 60 for the same amount. Ajwa dates are available at a discounted price as well.

The most economical option, Zaidi dates from Iran, are as low as AED 5 only.

BTS McDonald's meal in the UAE

The fast-food giant began its celebrity meals in 1992 with Michael Jordan’s 'McJordan' burger.

South Korean superstars BTS have partnered with McDonald’s to launch the band’s favourite order from Tuesday, June 1 in the UAE.

The meal will be available in at least 40 countries worldwide, kickstarting on May 26 in the US. The meal will include 10 pieces of chicken McNuggets, medium fries, medium drink, and sweet chili and cajun dipping sauces as inspired by South Korea McDonald's recipes.
