Century Tailors, next to Bombay Silk - just along from the Jaidah Flyover is good. There are a number of tailors along the B Ring road. If you want fabrics, go to the material souk (Souk Al-Asieri) or there is another one opposite Al-Rawnaq which has fantastic evening materials. There are some tailors in the material souk as well, fine for everyday stuff.
