Detox is good for the mind and body if we do it regularly to flush out toxins. Here are nature's bounty that have super detox abilities that can do your body good. Be sure to stock up on these superfoods to live a healthy life!

1. Apples. Without a doubt, the apple is one of the most purifying foods out there. With its fiber absorbent action, the body can easily eliminate a lot of harmful toxins. Apples are a versatile fruit and can be added to a lot of different meals, perfect for a nice breakfast, dessert or snack.
