Greek Casserole

Ingredients

4oz. cottage cheese
4oz. Greek yogurt
10oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
8oz. feta, crumbled
1oz.flour
salt and pepper for seasoning
4 eggs, lightly beaten

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well
  • Spoon into a greased 9-in square baking dish
  • Bake for 1 hour
  • Serve hot or cold
