Walnut & Feta Dip


1 cup of walnuts
270g feta cheese
3 tbsp yoghurt
3 tbsp parsley
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp walnut oil


  • Chop the walnuts finely and toss in a large strainer to remove any remaining skin and dust.
  • Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mash and mix well with a fork.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning - you may wish to add extra pepper, and depending on the feta, maybe some extra salt.
  • Serve with dipping crisps, arabic bread or crudites
