How JLo Makes 47 Look Like 27

No, she does not drink from a fountain of youth.

If you are like us, you have, at some point, wondered if there is a fountain of youth that JLo drinks from. This woman does not age! In fact, at 47, she looks better now than she has ever looked.

She has no vices - not even coffee!

JLo does not smoke, drink alcohol and even coffee. In an interview with Today she said, "I always used to hear this saying, until you're about 25 or 30, you get the face God gave you. After that, you get the face you deserve. And I always kind of thought, well I better be nice."

Exercise makes her happy

We will never understand how exercise can make one happy, but JLo is one of those people. Dance has always been a big part of her life, but apart from that she works out with taskmaster Tracy Anderson 3-4 times a week.

Her diet is as strict as it gets

In an interview with Us Weekly JLo shared her diet plan. She starts her day with a BodyLab shake with quinoa milk or water (only 90 calories) and that is it for breakfast. For lunch she usually has salmon and veggies which include broccoli, peppers and zucchini with a drizzle of vinaigrette on top.

She has an early dinner (6:30 pm) which involves lots of protein and quinoa. "It feels like rice and beans, which I grew up with," she told the mag.

Sure JLo, we totally believe you.

She gets her beauty sleep

JLo has admitted that if she doesn't get 7-8 hours of sleep she starts feeling cranky, emotional and tired. So by hook or by crook the diva gets her beauty sleep.

She stays out of the sun

JLo has repeatedly said in various interviews that her skin has maintained itself over the years because she stays out of the sun as much as possible. When she is out in the sun, she applies lots of sunscreen.

She stays positive

"Just like anybody else, there are days I feel great when I wake up, and then there are days when I feel more tired or not ready to face the day," she told Elle Canada. "To be quite honest, on those days, I really try to think positively. I try to do a lot of affirmations for good health and positive thinking to just get my mind and my spirit in the right place so I can face whatever it is that I need to face."

Yeah, you don't get abs like this by eating pizza and drinking wine! Keep rocking, JLo
