Your wedding dress is the most important dress you will ever wear in your life. However, this exquisite dress can only be worn once (unless you're into grocery shopping in a wedding gown).
Paying an exorbitant amount for a dress you are going to use only once and then keep in storage forever is wasteful. Here's how you can make the most of your wedding gown after your special day is over.
1. Turn it into a ball gown
Dye your dress, alter it and style it in a simpler way - no one has to know that your snazzy new dress is actually your wedding gown!

2. Turn it into lingerie
All that lace and satin will make for ultra sexy lingerie that you can wear on your first wedding anniversary. Cue suggestive wink.

3. Pass it on
...To your daughter, friend or a relative that you don't hate. Even though heirloom dresses are quite uncommon these days, who knows - maybe your future daughter will want to wear your wedding dress albeit with a little bit of reworking.
4. Make a christening gown out of it

5. Donate/Sell it
If you are feeling generous or do not have the storage space, you can either donate or sell your dress to those in need.
6. Trash it for unique pictures
