Although Meghan Markle’s wedding dress will not be revealed until she walks down the aisle in just under two weeks, details have emerged about who will design the royal wedding gown for the big day! British couturiers Ralph & Russo are rumoured to create a hand-stitched, heavily beaded design fit for a princess (or a Duchess), that Meghan Markle will wear when she marries Prince Harry on 19th May.
The wedding dress is believed to cost £100,000 (which is AED 500,000) and will be privately paid for by Prince Harry and his royal family. Meghan is apparently expected to change into a second bridal gown for the evening reception, which will also be designed by Ralph & Russo. However, this isn’t the first time Markle will wear the British label, as the Duchess-to-be previously wore a Ralph & Russo gown for her engagement photographs.
Bridesmaids and pageboys for the royal wedding are believed to include Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Mia Tindall, whilst the Duchess of Cambridge will attend but without her new-born son Prince Louis.
There’s not long to wait now until the wedding of the year –eek, we’re super excited! As here are some signature bridal designs from Ralph & Russo that could give us an insight into Meghan Markle’s wedding gown…
