Most of us dream of a fairy-tale wedding but only a handful get to live the dream — at an exuberant cost, of course. Burj Al Arab – the world’s most luxurious hotel has literally taken the luxury wedding concept to new heights — 212 meters to be exact.

The sail-shaped hotel opened its luxury helipad for couples to say their vows in a modern day fairy-tale setting at a whopping starting cost of AED 200,000* (approximately US$55,000). Known for its exceptional opulence, the hotel’s wedding package includes arrival in Rolls Royce Phantom, exquisite accommodations, private tasting sessions and wedding cake consultation with world’s top-notch chefs.

For couples looking to tie the knot, the hotel also offers beauty treatments, celebrity personal trainers, wedding architects and an award-winning team of florists. The wedding package can also ensure exclusive access to Dubai's best jewellers, private lessons in etiquette and dance and private after-hours access to top luxury fashion brands.

The Burj Al Arab Terrace was opened on May 25 last year. Later in September, the Terrace opened its doors to the general public at the cost of AED 1,800 on weekdays and AED 2,200 on weekends.

So far, one Indian couple, Vivek Bhatia and Shruti Bhatia have tied the knot in this extraordinary setting. Here are a few breathtaking pictures from their wedding (try not to be jealous):
