The world will be watching on the 19th May 2018 as Prince Harry weds Meghan Markle at St George's Chapel in Windsor Castle, but it appears our invite got lost in the post –so we’ll have to watch the royal wedding in Dubai instead!

Source your finest wedding attire and pick out your best hat, as Dubai is hosting it's own royal wedding celebrations in honour of the famous husband and wife to be. As, thankfully fans of the British royal family and wedding enthusiasts (we can’t wait to see the bridal gown) can still enjoy the wedding of Prince Harry and Suits actress Meghan Markle here in Dubai. From live screenings to royal brunches, a regal afternoon tea and even a special bridal spa treatment, there are plenty of ways to celebrate the royal couple on Saturday 19th May.

Whether you want to attend a wedding party, try some British food or just get in the wedding spirit with cake and decorations, here is how you can experience the royal wedding in Dubai...let’s toast to the royal couple!

Where to watch royal wedding in Dubai

Ritz Carlton Dubai

The Ritz-Catlton Dubai invites guests to a weekend of royal engagements with The Royal Afternoon Tea held in the Lobby Lounge from 2pm to 6pm on 19th May and a screening of the Royal Wedding from 3pm onwards. There’ll also be a London Social Brunch –The Royal Edition, Friday 18th May, with table décor reminiscent of a wedding party, wedding paraphernalia and a royal quiz. You can also pay tribute to the royal newly-weds with a ‘new bride’ glow at the Ritz-Carlton Spa, Dubai, with a Diamond Life Infusion Facial which will leave the skin looking radiant and rejuvenated.

Barasti

Beach party spot Barasti are hosting a Great British Royal Wedding Beach Party on Saturday 19th May. The wedding build-up and ceremony will be broadcasted live on the Barasti big screen, as there will also be British food and drinks to enjoy, party games, decorations and plenty of royal themed entertainment.

British restaurant The Scene in Pier 7 on Dubai Marina is covering every aspect of the royal big day, starting with a special regal Rehearsal Dinner, as well as coverage of the royal wedding. From afternoon tea, to British decorations and special offers and deals throughout the weekend, The Scene is the perfect place to celebrate the royal wedding.

BiCE at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah

Here’s the finest Saturday brunch celebration for the royal wedding on the 19th May, at BiCE, Hilton Dubai Jumeirah. Guests will have to wear their best wedding attire for the three-course British meal, with free flowing beverages. Of course, the Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding will also screened.

Bread Street Kitchen, Atlantis, The Palm

Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen & Bar, at Atlantis, The Palm is offering a royal wedding brunch experience. Taking place on Saturday 19th May, from 1pm to 5pm, the celebration will include a live screening of wedding ceremony and a food selection of the best of British. There will also be a special wedding cake to mark the occasion and an award for the best dressed couple.

Maison Mathis

You can watch the royal wedding live on all the screens at Maison Mathis in the Arabian Ranches, on 19th May between 12pm to 5pm. There’ll be a special menu of Clear Oxtail Consommé and Royal Beef Wellington served with premium sides for AED 199 –finished with a slice of wedding cake. And, happy hour pricing on selected beverages during the royal wedding event.

Golden Lion Pub on QE2

Step onboard and celebrate the Royal Wedding at the Golden Lion pub on the decks of the QE2 –it couldn’t get any more British! Watch the royal wedding live in the UAE on the big screens of the British ship. Enjoy a package of unlimited house beers and wines with hearty party nibbles for AED 295 per person, 12pm - 5pm on 19th May 2018.
