We love a Destiny’s Child reunion –especially when Beyoncé and Kelly Rowland both wear Middle Eastern designers on the red carpet!
At the recent City of Hope Gala in California, Kelly caught our attention in a rose gold beaded gown from Kuwaiti designer Yousef Aljasmi. While Beyoncé wore a black velvet gown with embellishment from Lebanese fashion label Elie Saab.
The City of Hope Gala was a charity event held to raise money for cancer research, diabetes and other life-threatening diseases. Beyoncé also took to the stage to perform three of her hit songs, including ‘Halo.’
With Bey and Kelly wearing their fair share of Arab designed looksover the years, it was no surprise that the famous duo both opted for Middle Eastern fashion designers for the event.
Kelly Rowland chose Yousef Aljasmi, who continues to rise in popularity having recently dressed stars like Mariah Carey and Kylie Jenner. The Kuwaiti couturier dazzles both regionally and internationally, with dresses that outshine all others.
Beyoncé, on the other hand, continued her support of the prolific Elie Saab. The Lebanese designer is a haute couture master and dominates the red carpet time and time again –so dressing Beyoncé won’t phase the designer famed for stunning embellishments.
