In honour of Prince Charles' 70th birthday, two new photographs were released of The Prince of Wales sat with his family in the gardens of Clarence House.
Captured by photographer Chris Jackson, the latest royal family portrait reveals elegant looks for both the Duchess of Cambridge and the Duchess of Sussex –as, despite how cute the royal grandchildren look, we’re more interested in the sophisticated style of the Duchesses. Sorry Princess Charlotte!
Meghan Markle opted for her go-to designer Clare Waight Keller, with a monochrome sheath dress from fashion house Givenchy.
Styling an early maternity look, Meghan stuck to her signature style of a boat neckline which was complimented by the black and white contrast.

Of course, the Duchess of Sussex has worn Givenchy on many occasions throughout the last year, including her wedding dress back in May. As always, the design flattered the Duchess and added to the graceful royal aesthetic she continues to build.
Meanwhile, Kate Middleton couldn’t resist the polka dot pattern trend that has dominated the fashion world in the last year.
Dressed in a navy white-collared frock with a white dotted design, the Duchess of Cambridge’s dress has been a favourite among celebrities including Sarah Jessica Parker and even royal wedding guest Abigail Spencer.
Designed by Alessandra Rich, the smart patterned dress has been a hot item in 2018, yet Kate still managed to put her own sophisticated spin on the trending piece.
