The Duchess of Sussex isn’t letting being heavily pregnant get in the way of rocking designer outfits. The American-born former actor has started a busy few days in her royal calendar with a visit to the National Theatre, London, in the matchy-matchy, one colour trend.
Meghan, who is due to give birth this spring, wore a fitted nude Brandon Maxwell Flutter Hem Sheath dress, with a nude Classic Shawl Collar Jacket, both from the designer’s spring/summer 2019 campaign. She paired the set with nude heels.

It seems Meghan is a big fan, as this isn’t the first time she’s worn the American designer. During her Australia-New Zealand tour in October with the Duke of Sussex, she sported two Maxwell dresses – a similar blush Classic Sheath Dress and the Poplin Pleated Day Dress in khaki green.

But arguably her best Brandon Maxwell moment was the canary yellow Sleeveless Boat-Neck Crepe Sheath Midi Dress she wore to the ‘Your Commonwealth’ Youth Challenge reception in July.

Earlier in January it was announced the Queen would be passing her patronage of the National Theatre to Meghan, who of course has an affinity with the arts, having studied theatre at university, and spent seven seasons as an actress on Suits.
