This morning it was announced that the Duchess of Sussex has become the patron of four charities, including Smart Works, an organisation that provides free interview clothing and coaching for unemployed and vulnerable women.
Shortly after, the 37-year-old visited the charity’s London HQ, stepping out in an outfit that got a lot of attention – mainly because of her shoes.

She completed the comparatively simple ensemble with a pair of striking black and white cow print high heels, with see-through PVC inserts.
Eagle-eyed royal watchers believe they are the £535 ‘Plexi’ style by Gianvito Rossi, originally from a 2014 collection.
The style is still available to buy on Net-a-Porter but not in Meghan’s cow print finish. The closest you can get is a leopard print pair, currently on offer at £354.
One thing’s for certain, though, the Duchess is totally on-trend, as perspex shoes have been a big hit with celebs and fashion bloggers recently.
Want to try the look yourself? Here are three pairs of see-through court heels that are a lot more affordable than Meghan’s…
PrettyLittleThing Red Patent Clear Court Shoes, £28/AED 132
Public Desire Potion Perspex Court Heels in Black Faux Suede, £29.99/AED 141
Kaleidoscope Perspex Court Shoes, £39/AED 184
