The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have just concluded a three-day visit to Morocco, their last foreign excursion before the couple’s first child is due in April.

As usual, all eyes were on pregnant Meghan, who put on an impressive sartorial display, notching up six outfit changes during the short tour, including two bespoke designer dresses.

The trip got off to a stylish start when the husband and wife duo arrived at Casablanca airport, Meghan wearing a bespoke red dress and clutch bag, both by Valentino, with nude heels and gloves, which she carried.

Meghan kept it casual on the start of day two for a visit to the Education For All boarding house in the town of Asni, wearing a black top, skinny jeans and loafers, teamed with a grey scarf and a navy blazer by American label Alice + Olivia.

Later that day, the 37-year-old donned a stunning bespoke Dior dress for a reception hosted by the British Ambassador to Morocco in Rabat.

The cream kaftan-inspired gown, which she paired with gold satin heels and clutch, featured ruched detailing on the neckline and long flowing sleeves with silver embroidery.

Continuing the tour, on day three the royal couple stopped off at the Moroccan Royal Federation of Equestrian Sports in Rabat, where Meghan again kept it simple in a Breton striped top, skinny jeans and a pair of cool black heeled ankle boots topped off with a khaki jacket.

Later on, she changed into a black and white ensemble for a visit to the Andalusian Gardens, also in Rabat.

She teamed a flowing black pleated trapeze dress by Loyd/Ford with a white Babaton for Aritzia jacket and black slingback heels.

But the most noteworthy part of the outfit was Meghan’s earrings, a pair of gold discs much larger than the kind we’re used to seeing her in.

Evidently, she was saving the best for last because she changed into yet another outfit later that evening, choosing a blue Carolina Herrera dress from the designer’s autumn/winter 2019 collection for an audience with the King of Morocco.

The chiffon floral printed gown isn’t actually a maternity wear piece, but it worked beautifully on the mum-to-be.

Accessorised with the same earrings Meghan wore on her wedding day, it was a fitting end to a very stylish tour.
