What In The World Is Justin Bieber Wearing?

Is that a crop top? Is that a sports bra? We cannot decide, but what we can say is that it's the most cringeworthy thing we've seen Bieber wear in a while.

Let's just say it: Men should NOT wear crop tops. The singer was recently spotted hanging out on the beach in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil wearing a make-shift crop top of sorts. Perhaps Biebs wanted to show off the eagle tattoo he got only a few days ago. The singer also wore wire-rimmed glasses, a matching white bracelet-and-necklace set, tapered sweatpants and sneakers. Yes, sneakers in the sand (don't ask us why, we are just as confused as you).
