Im also looking Dr who can check my mole and remove it I visited one Dr today . She check it and said I have abscess under mole and better to keep it if it doesnt disturb me Im not happy with result of visiting doctor honestly It doesnt disturb me but it looks not nice for me and I would like to remove it . But I want to be sure I will not do worse for myself. I need to check what is under my mole and I dont want to wait year like said my Dr today to see if its changing or not If someone can suggest me some doctor it would be great . Thank you

There's no free hour of parking anymore. We were there last week and it was 10dhs even though we were there for only 15 mins. I was in Madinat 7th of Dec around 40 min and didn't pay. But I believe they could change the rules after ... everything is possible ... I think soon we will pay for parking in the malls as well

Double check on the parking. I have a feeling I read somewhere that they either have started or are planning to start charging for the parking! Parking - first hour free, after 10 aed per hour

As a European we are used to walk, bicylcle and whatever in rain and snow. that's truth but here in Dubai sometimes it's impossible to reach some places without car. I try to avoid taxi - I feel not safe with their drivers and second reason - it's very annoying when I should show all way to driver because they have no idea where is it ,they have no GPS or map.

Definitely check with the Rent Committee as SarahLou says. How have you previously paid your utility bills? I will check with Rent committie for sure. THX Before I was paying rent (4 cheks) + DEWA + DU . There is nothing mentioned about any additional charge in my contract (just rent) .

Are they trying to get more money out of you this way? Yes, total rent is more than if you check with RERA calculator. But the second problem - I want to keep one type of payment - rent . Because now they want to make two - rent + utility - rent is less than RERA calculator but with utility payment it's more. And I have no idea what they can do with this utility payment in 1 year . I think it's just smart system to take more money but I want to find out is it by law or not.

If you go with metro - Al Fahidi metro st. (I think you can ask security they will show you way) With car - Mankool Road (opposite Al Ain Centre) - just check google map the name of shop Cam City (but I believe it will be easy again to ask security )) Good luck !

I've used RIOT many times - quality is ok. I also printed few books with blurb - takes longer time but I was happy. If you can wait I would recommend do it with blurb

Hi everyone. My contract expire at 04.02.2014 By term if I wish to renew contract upon expiry I should sent notice 2 mounth advance. Unfortunately I miss this date . As written in my contract - any delay in the renewal will attract a penalty or the same at the discretion of the LL shall not be renewed and followed by a legal notice for immediate vacation. I agree with penalty , it's fair because it's my mistake. But my agency gave me for new year rent more than 5% . Can they do it? I don't know that can I do because i miss 2 mouth ... so I have only 1 way to accept their new rent? I was trying ti use rera calculator but it's under updaiting now :(
