Any way you do it, this is going to be a brutal trip. Go into it with that attitude and it will probably go better than expected. :) *Book with as few stops as possible. With 2 kids and all their gear, changing planes will be difficult. My vote: single stop through Bangkok *Get the 1 year old a seat. You will need to be able to put him/her down and have a break when the baby sleeps.

I'd be going with one stop. Have you booked the 1 year old their own seat? Or just hoping for a spare? I would dread the though of not getting a seat for the 1 year old.

it's a tough one, they both sound pretty harsh. I have four little kids and just flat out refused to do anything this year (just a little trip) because I couldn't face the long hauls. I think you will be fine with the 2 kids though. I would opt for the 2 stops. Which flight path is less air time? the stops can be good but 1 or 2 hours is not really enough time to feel like a break. You may find your LO's freak when they realize they are getting back on the plane. Good luck. It is usually worse in theory than in practice.

Dear ladies, i need your advice. I am flying alone with my 2 kids from oslo- sydney for the first time. I am wondering if its better to fly oslo-bankok( wait 1.45 hours) and then bankok- sydney OR do oslo- brussels( wait 1 hour) brussel- abu dhabi( wait 2 hours) and then abu dhabi-sydney.. i am really dreading this trip and wondering if its better with more stops or will that just be more of a hassle and better to do just 1 stop?? Any advice please??
