Visa assistance with inadmissible cases DUI

Hi,
This is a bit of a curly one.
My partner just moved to Van on a working visa (we do not fall under the definition of spouse of common law couple), and I was hoping to move and join him in July, I intended to get a Working Holiday Visa and find work once I was over there.
Whilst completing my profile I noticed that I may be inadmissible due to DUIs on my record (which I am very ashamed of).
1 occurred in 2009 (18yrs old) and the other in 2013.
I visited Canada a few months ago for a week and had no issues obtaining an eTA or gaining entry, but now that I am applying for a WHV they may ask for my driving history record (minor DUIs are not criminal offences in my state and therefore do not show up on federal police records).
Has anyone been through a similar situation before? or have any advice on the best way for me to gain entry into Canada?
