Before you recieve your resident permit applications you have to have a medical test taken in Azerbaijan, not your home country.

All expats in Azerbaijan are required to obtain a medical certificate for all resident permit applications. This medical can only be obtained at one of two medical centers in Baku. It can not be obtained in your home country and you will have to complete residency applications in Azerbaijan.
The two medical centers in Baku are:
