We're all guilty of it; setting ourselves new year's resolutions and not sticking to them after January passes. Some of us may last until February, but ultimately, we all chicken out in the end.
To stop this from happening though, you need to evaluate both yourself, your lifestyle and habits before you can choose realistic resolutions that you know you could potentially stick to!
Besides the generic, "I'm going on a diet" resolution, why not vow to remove bread from your eating, or chocolate, or sweets. Instead of saying "I'm going to the gym", come up with fun routines, find a class or running partner to help you stick to it!
So to help get you started with choosing your resolutions, here's the ultimate list of ideas!
