Tickets can be purchased online using valid Visa & MasterCard credit cards only. Your bank may charge you an additional amount if you are using an international credit card.

ExpatWoman.com organises various events for women over the year the majority are free events but some have an F&B cost involved for which we sell limited numbers of tickets.

The pricing of tickets may vary from event to event. The price could vary from AED 50 to AED 1000 depending upon the events. Tickets are sold through several distribution points, including online and at our existing weekly coffee morning events.

Our events are listed on our Dubai events page and are constantly updated throughout the year. It clearly states on the listing whether the event is free or whether a ticket is needed to be purchased.

Once you have submitted payment information online and your ticket purchase is successful, you will see an Order Confirmation page online. You will also receive an Order Confirmation via email to the email address you supplied on the online booking form.

The information contained in the Order Confirmation is important and you should keep it safely. The Order Confirmation contains a unique Order Confirmation Number which should be quoted in any correspondence.

If you do not receive an Order Confirmation (in the form of an Order Confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information for any reason and especially if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, you must contact us to confirm that your order has been placed.

If it has, we will ensure you get your Order Confirmation. If we confirm that the order was not placed, you may safely reorder online.

Your ticket(s) will be emailed to you within 48 hours of purchase.

As a condition of sale, tickets are not refundable, and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. By making your purchase, you agree to this condition. Please carefully review your purchase before you buy. Refunds will be made by the original mode of payment.

Special conditions apply if an event is postponed or cancelled. ExpatWoman.com will contact you by email to explain the procedures required for a refund or exchange if it is due. We will use the contact details you provided at the time of booking.

Please note that refunds, when made by ExpatWoman.com, are made only to the credit card that was used in the online ticket purchase for the value paid for the ticket.

Delivery charges, order processing charges, and other bank charges associated with your credit card are not refundable.

ExpatWoman.com will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a cancelled or postponed event.

If the amount you paid for a ticket is incorrect for any reason, regardless of that reason, ExpatWoman.com will compensate you if you overpaid; require you to pay the difference if you underpaid, or cancel the ticket. If the ticket is cancelled, a refund will be made at ExpatWoman.com’s sole discretion.

Please ensure that you use only one browser window to look for tickets and place an order online on ExpatWoman.com. Using multiple browser windows can cause your session to time out and other errors that could mean that you lose your tickets.

By purchasing a ticket for an event through this website, you agree that you attend the event at your own risk. You and your heirs also agree to release, waive and discharge ExpatWoman.com and any of its associated and affiliated companies, their officers and staff (beneficiaries), from any liability that arises from your attendance of the event and agree that you and your heirs shall not sue or make any claim against the beneficiaries for any loss, damage or injury you incur attending the event howsoever caused.

If there is any dispute about or involving the online payment section of the site, by using the online payment site, you agree that the dispute will be governed and construed by UAE Governing Law.

ExpatWoman.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries.

All credit/ debit card details or information will not be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
